U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer says the U.S. and Mexico are ready to move forward on the North American Free Trade Agreement without Canada in the next few days. Lighthizer says Canada is not making concessions in areas essential to the U.S. He adds Canada would like to be included in the deal. Dairy policy continues to be a sticking point in the negotiations with Canada.
