More than 20 House members have signed off on a letter to EPA Acting Administrator Andrew Wheeler, encouraging approval for the year-round use of E15. Minnesota Congressman Collin Peterson and South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem lead the Biofuels Caucus and coordinated this appeal to EPA.
