The Senate Foreign Relations Committee has approved the nomination of Kip Tom as the U.S. representative to the United Nations Agencies for Food and Agriculture. Tom farms in Indiana and was a member of the Trump Agriculture Advisory Committee during the 2016 campaign. With the new role, Tom will be based in Rome.
