Canada’s NAFTA negotiators are traveling to Ottawa to meet directly with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Canada’s trade negotiator Chrystia Freeland left a meeting with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer saying NAFTA talks are at a point where discussing them face to face with Trudeau is absolutely essential.
