The Association of American Pesticide Control Officials submitted a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency this week, recommending six items as the EPA decides on dicamba registration. Some of those recommendations include a conditional year-to-year registration, early season cutoff date for state-specific conditions, state label requirements and assistance to states to help implement enforcement of dicamba registration. The EPA is expected to decide on dicamba registration in September.
