Canola harvest is progressing in northeastern, North Dakota. For Brocket farmer Austin Sundeen, the early planted crop has yielded just over a ton. “The fields seeded into late May will probably yield a little better. It all just depends on the ground it was planted on, as a lot of our lower ground went to canola.” With about 1,200 acres left, Sundeen hopes to wrap up canola harvest within the next two weeks.
