North Dakota Grain Dealers Association Executive Vice President Stu Letcher says the normal soybean harvest preparation is underway at country elevators. “You’ve got to weigh the risk of quality loss in a pile versus losing the handle on the soybeans. If there is no market, nobody’s going to be moving beans. They’re going to have to be put somewhere. Hopefully, more can be held on farm.”
