Land O’ Lakes reported quarterly net sales of $4.2 billion, an increase from last year’s second quarter sales of $3.7 billion. Net earnings are $67.2 million in the second quarter, a decrease from last year’s $113 million. CEO Beth Ford says the cooperative is positioned to make steady progress despite the headwinds in the agriculture economy.
