The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear a lawsuit that challenges EPA’s small refinery waivers. The Renewable Fuels Association, National Corn Growers Association, American Coalition for Ethanol and National Farmers Union filed the lawsuit. These groups argue EPA abused its authority in providing these waivers from the Renewable Fuel Standard.
