The U.S. and Mexico want to hammer out a trade deal in August. That would be followed by a trilateral agreement with Canada. The NAFTA negotiations had stalled, but Mexico’s economic minister met with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer on Thursday. The negotiations were described as “very positive.”
