Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue appointed twelve members to serve on the Federal Grain Inspection Service’s Grain Inspection Advisory Committee. Mark Watne of Jamestown, North Dakota and Dr. Errol B. Turnipseed of Brookings, South Dakota will serve a three-year term. Members of the committee deliver advice on grain inspection and weighing to ensure GFIS meets the needs of stakeholders.
