Farmers are always looking for ROI. While attending the NDSU Agronomy Seed Farm field day, State Board of Agricultural Research and Education Chair Keith Peltier emphasized the importance of ag research. “The best buck the state government can spend is on ag research. Study after study has shown a 40 percent return on investment for ag research and you can’t beat that any where.” Peltier said the field day is an excellent way to showcase with work done in ag research.
