The North Dakota Industrial Commission has extended two loan programs that help livestock producers hurt by last year’s drought. The Bank of North Dakota’s Breeding Stock Rebuilding Program allows ranchers to rebuild herds to the levels seen before the drought. The Feed Cost Program helps pay the feed bill for drought-impacted producers.
