An announcement on renewable energy policy was expected to take place Friday in Missouri but was postponed over continued concerns about the waivers given to small refineries. There are news reports the Environmental Protection Agency will propose an overall renewable fuel blending target of 19.8 billion gallons for 2019, up three percent from this year. From that total, the target for corn-based ethanol 15 billion gallons.
