In North Dakota, pastureland values are up seven percent from last year and rental rates are up nearly two percent. East-central, northwestern and southeastern regions of the state saw double-digit gains, with pasture ground increasing in value from 11-to-16.5 percent. The 2018 County Rents and Prices Report was conducted in February and March and has just been released.
