Farmers National Company has released its latest report on farmland values. According to regional sales manager Brian Mohr, land prices in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota are “surprisingly good.” Prices for average-to-lower quality land is down slightly from a year ago, but the demand remains positive for the better quality ground. Farmers National Company reports fewer farms and ranches are for sale in the tri-state region, especially in western South Dakota.
