As the crop emerges, weeds are coming up at the same time. Arysta LifeScience Territory Manager Todd Landsman says weed pressure is evident. “I know a lot of guys in wheat country are on pins and needles because the subsoil is pretty dry. It makes it more important to get weed control taken care of so the weeds aren’t competing with the crop.” Landsman says there is a strategy for managing weeds. “Use a product with really good residual qualities.”
