Larimore, North Dakota farmer Dennis McCoy told the Red River Farm Network Tuesday the recent dry conditions are favorable for crop development. However, the crop could use some moisture. “It’s coming up pretty good because in dry conditions you can get through everything and there’s enough moisture to get most of it sprouted. But like everyone, we could use a rain. It’s not terribly short but yes it’s a concern.” RRFN’s Crop Watch coverage is sponsored, in part, by Crary Harvesting Equipment.
