Canadian Pacific Railway union workers are scheduled to go on strike tonight. If that happens, it will be the third CP Rail strike in six years. The CP plans to use qualified management staff to operate trains during the strike, but service will be hampered. The Grain Growers of Canada is asking Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to intervene.
