Brock Associates President Richard Brock says a trade deal with China has the potential to be a game changer for U.S. markets. “If it really happens. I think the odds are high China will increase agricultural imports from us by 35 to 40 percent in the next 12 months. The biggest benefactor is soybeans. It will probably not be corn or ethanol right now, but maybe next year.”
