Ada, Minnesota farmer John Brainerd is making good planting progress. “We’re feeling good where we are now.” Brainerd will jump right into soybeans once the wheat and beets are in. “We’re almost to the middle of May. That’s when soybeans can go in. The later it gets, other farmers could be switching from corn to soybeans. We’ll stick with our soybean rotation on our farm.”
