With the delayed planting season, South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard signed an executive order to allow over-width planting, fertilizer and ag chem equipment to travel during nighttime hours. Those vehicles must be equipped with flashing lights that are clearly visible from the front and the rear. This executive order is in place until the end of May.
