National Sunflower Association Recognizes Steve Kent

During the National Sunflower Association Summer Seminar, Steve Kent was named the NSA Gold Award winner. Kent spent four decades in the seed industry, including time with SIGCO Research, Agrigenetics and Mycogen Seeds. In 1999, Kent was hired as president of Seeds 2000. He was in that role until 2012, when the business was sold to Nuseed. Kent remained in an advisory role with Nuseed for six years, retiring in 2018.
