South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds has announced endorsements from 25 state and national farm groups for his mandatory country-of-origin labeling proposal. Rounds want MCOOL included in the new farm bill. The groups supporting this policy include the National Farmers Union, the North Dakota and South Dakota Farmers Union groups, R-CALF USA, U.S. Cattlemen’s Association, I-BAND and the South Dakota Stockgrowers Association.
