In the April supply and demand report, USDA raised Brazilian corn production two million tons to 116 million metric tons. The adjustment reflects an increased crop production area with no change in the yield expectations. As expected, Brazil’s soybean production was cut to 125 million tons. Argentina’s corn and soybean production was left unchanged.
