Agricultural equipment companies are optimistic about the year ahead. According to a survey conducted by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, 65 percent of its members believe demand for farm equipment will be above normal. Sales are up so far this year and AEM members expect similar growth next year. The expectations are higher for some equipment categories, including tractors, tillage and planting equipment and sprayers. Sixty-eight percent of the ag equipment participants expect supply chain issues to continue through 2022.
