The House passed President Biden’s Build Back Better bill with a 220-to-213 vote. The Senate is expected to consider the bill after the Thanksgiving break. This bill includes more than $87 billion in total agricultural spending over the next ten years. That includes $28 billion for conservation programs, $18 billion for rural development, $12 billion for farm debt relief and $2 billion for ag research.
