North Dakota farmers produced an average soybean yield of 33 bushels per acre, up 1.5 bushels from one year ago. The state average soybean yield in Minnesota was 51 bushels per acre, up seven bushels from 2019. The average soybean yield in South Dakota was 47 bushels per acre, up 4.5 bushels from last year. Statewide soybean production is forecast to be up 11 percent from last year in North Dakota. Minnesota is up 25 percent and South Dakota soybean production is up a whopping 58 percent from one year ago.
