Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has signed an executive order, allowing cooperatives to waive their in-person meeting requirements. This will allow co-ops to forego regular annual meetings if a virtual meeting is not possible. Director elections can also be done remotely. The executive order is part of the COVID-19 guidelines, encouraging Minnesotans to avoid large gatherings.
