The U.S. Department of State is temporarily waiving interviews for first-time and returning H-2 visa applications. The agency anticipates many qualified applicants could be decided without an interview. This flexibility will allow farmers and ranchers to use workers they’ve used in the past or those who are already in the U.S. to help in food production.
