The North Dakota Senate has unanimously approved funding for higher education projects. That bill includes money for Harris Hall at North Dakota State University. Harris Hall is an agricultural research facility that was built in the 1950s and is not up to modern-day standards. The Senate bill calls for $60 million in spending for this project, with the money split between bonding, cash and fundraising. Earlier this month, the House removed money for the Harris Hall project from its higher education package.
