Reuters reports two seed dealers, Beck’s Hybrids and Stine Seed, are pushing U.S. environmental regulators to limit spraying of dicamba to the spring season, before crops are planted. This would prevent farmers from using the herbicide on dicamba-resistant soybeans. The companies are the two largest independent seed sellers in the United States.
