What is a Podcast?
Podcasting is a technology that allows you to subscribe to our various audio programs and listen to them at your own leisure, either on your computer, or on a portable device such as an iPod. When you subscribe to a program, your podcasting software automatically checks for updated programs and downloads them to your computer and/or portable device.

How do I subscribe to your Podcasts?
RRFN Podcast subscriptions are free of charge. To subscribe, click the "podcast" link next to the program you wish to subscribe to. Copy the address from your browser's address bar. Then paste the address to your Podcast player.
If you choose to use the iTunes Podcast player, then simply click the "iTunes" link and it will automatically load the program into iTunes for you.
